With over a decade of experience in engineering and management, Robert Sheets has been instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence within the company.

Before co-founding ODIN in 2013, Robert held various roles at Dresser-Rand, including Account Manager, Field Service Engineer, and Client Service Manager, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, and client relations. His diverse experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry’s technical and business aspects.

Robert holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. His commitment to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles has been a driving force behind Odin’s growth and success.
